Shipping & Handling Charges

All shipping & handling charges are non refundable. We ship all of our products through FedEx. Because our products are generally live goods, we must ship them 2-Day service shipping. Live goods are only shipped on Monday and Tuesday. This ensures, in the case that shipping takes longer than 2-Days, that the plants will not be kept over the weekend - which would result in poor quality. FedEx has been very accurate about their shipments in the past. The less time our plants are in transit, the less likely they will be stressed or dehydrated when they arrive at your doorstep.

These are the following rates for shipping in the Continental US (we do not ship to AK, HI, or Puerto Rico)

$9.99 or less is $10 shipping.
$10 to $19.99 is $12 shipping.
$20 to $39.99 is $14 shipping.
$40 to $59.99 is $16 shipping.
$60 to $69.99 is $17 shipping.
$70 to $79.99 is $18 shipping.
$80 and up is $20 shipping.

Can I choose to use overnight shipping?
Yes we can ship overnight. Call 910-754-4470 to place an overnight order. We can take a Visa or Mastercard payment over the phone.
